Caregiver Services
Our Hammond Health Hub team provides exceptional Caregiver Services, ensuring that individuals can receive personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Personal Attendant Services (PAS) for individuals eligible through Medicaid & Companion Care Services for those utilizing private pay. Our dedicated team of caregivers offers assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Promoting independence and enhancing the overall well-being of patients while providing peace of mind to their families.
